Welcome to Your Security and Safety, a site that puts the emphasis on you, hence the “your” in the name of the company.

It is customary to introduce the management of companies like ours, so meet Bob Dimond, president of R.E. Dimond and Associates, L.L.C., of which Your Security and Safety is a part. 

You will find a Blog on this site that illuminates some of my thinking, talks about my entry into this business, reveals some things about my family and my career that may help you decide if you want to do business with us.

Besides showing you what I look like, which is somewhat of a “must” in an introductory article about our company, I thought it would also be a nice contrast to include a picture of my partner in life and in business, Carol, and our cat, Sly.

We can’t point to a long history of doing business in the security community, we can’t picture a handsome building to show off and we can’t list a huge staff to make you feel comfortable about buying from a long-established and heavy-on-staff company.

But every organization is new sometime in its life, and we think buyers are concerned about more important things than longevity and how many staffers are being supported by the company’s sales. 

What we can promise you is this:

           1.            2. Our products will be competitively priced.  If you buy something from us, and you can show that you later found the identical product on another website for a lesser amount than you bought it from us, we will refund  the difference in the cost to you. 

           3.  The quality of our products you will find to be top notch.  If you have any questions whatsoever about a product you buy from us, and the questions are not resolved, be assured that we will take the product back and refund your money. 

           4.  Your order will get immediate attention.  In many cases it will be shipped the same day, depending upon what time it is placed, or almost certainly the next day.  If it is back ordered, we will let you know and you can decide if you are able to wait a short while for shipment.

           5. We will be responsive.  We will provide answers to your questions immediately about our products, service or whatever they may involve.  Again, if your question has not been answered in a timely fashion, or you don’t care for the answer and want to discuss it further, don’t hesitate to contact me.

I have been a businessman for a long time, just not in this business, but in publishing.  I published numerous magazines in many different business markets.   I am keenly aware of the importance of putting the customer first, answering his every need, never going back on your word and making sure that he is happy after each and every transaction with our company.
